Cancellation policy

By placing your order with our “Subscribe and save 15%”, you’re confirming that your subscription will automatically renew and your credit card will be automatically charged the subscription price according to the Order summary section of this page until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time, however if your order has already shipped out, we’ll be unable to issue a refund, thank you for understanding.

You also authorize P.F. Candle Co. to charge the supplied payment method, or another payment method on file, for the subscription price on each renewal.

You can easily pause, skip or cancel shipments and even switch products, all within an easy-to-use dashboard! The link to your dashboard can be found in your first subscription confirmation email, or by logging into your subscription account.
